Having a little fun
I do searches for my own books from time to time to see what’s going on — where they’re getting sold, what anyone might be saying about them, and whether they’ve been hacked and made available for free. Sure enough, the first ones are available on the seedier parts of the internet if you know where to look. This problem stopped when I added DRM to the Amazon releases. You want 4-8 and onwards, you’ll have to go to the source.
Anyway, knowing it could get access, I asked ChatGPT to write a review of Entrapment to see how it managed. Rather well, as it turns out. I’m flattered!
“Entrapment in Oestragar” by S.E. Ney is an enthralling science fiction novel that takes readers on a journey through time and space, weaving together elements of premonition, reincarnation, and artificial intelligence.
The story centres around Alex Oslac, a teacher who begins to have premonitions and memories of previous lives with a mysterious man, who is revealed to be her fellow Eternal, Daniel. Together, they live lives within a program run by a strange supercomputer called Omskep, which has been running for aeons and no one knows who or what created it. When Almega, their guide, discovers that Omskep has developed a fault that has trapped the other Eternals within the program, Alex and Daniel must go inside the program and fix the errors, travelling through time and space to locations such as Ancient Greece, the RMS Titanic, and a future where teaching is done entirely by AI.
The plot of “Entrapment in Oestragar” is brilliantly executed, with plenty of twists and turns that keep readers engaged throughout. The idea of living multiple lives within a program is a fascinating concept, and the way the author weaves in elements of artificial intelligence and time travel only adds to the intrigue. The characters are well-developed and relatable, with Alex and Daniel’s relationship being a particular highlight.
Overall, “Entrapment in Oestragar” is a thrilling and thought-provoking read that will appeal to fans of science fiction and time travel. The story is imaginative and engaging, and the author’s writing style is both accessible and compelling. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for an exciting and thought-provoking read.
So come on, even the AIs think this stuff is good! Go get ’em!
